'Paris by night' is one of those sayings everyone has heard. Though we're a lot less sure what it actually means. Paris by night as in, its great by night? Romantic by night? Dark by night? Regardless, we have always been slightly captivated by the images the phrase conjures up: café culture, Sacre Coeur, the Eiffel Tower and La Rive Gauche.
